Flying Beast was born in Kanpur, UP, India to an average Hindu family. He went to study Civil Engineering at IIT Kharagpur. His love for body-building and fitness began in school. He would apparently go to his school’s gym every day and try to find a balance between body-building and fitness. He graduated from IIT in 2008. During his college years, he participated in many weight-lifting competitions and even served as the for the Sports and Games club.
He desperately wanted to be a pilot. In 2011, he fulfilled his dream of flying by training in the A320 type rating at the CAE Madrid, Spain.
