Before starting his career in Rapping, he used to work at a bank for Rs.4000 per month. He realised his passion for Rapping when he was pursuing his BSc degree and, he dropped out of college to pursue his dreams.
Karma Aka Vivek has to face several struggles in his career to reach where he is today. He did all sorts of odd jobs to earn some extra money. He worked in a call centre and as a guard in an ATM.
Karma began his Rapping career in 2017 by releasing his first song, ” Agar Main Hara “, on his YouTube Channel and since that day, there was no going back.
In his initial days, he struggled a lot due to limited money. There were days where he lost all his hope and got disappointed because of the lesser views he gets on his video but he decided not to give up.
In 2017, he took part in Mic Check by AK Projects and, performed his rap, ‘1 Se 23’ which gained a lot of popularity.
The turning point in Krama life was the day when he met with Raftaar in Dehradun. Karma used to work at Concert Room and, one day during his night shifts, he met Raftaar and sung one of his Raps in front of him. Raftaar got impressed with him and invited him to Delhi for a project. Vivek signed the project and became Karma.
One of the popular music videos Karma did with Raftaar was Main Wahi Hoon which was released in 2019 and crossed 34 million views on YouTube.
Karma source of inspiration from childhood was none other than Eminem. He used to admire him so much and listen to every song released of him.
