Tarannum Khan’s career as a bar dancer started in the middle of 1992 when a cult of robbers robbed their home and also their shop which was built aside her home. They were left homeless and then then not by choice but because of cirsumstancesn they decided to live in a camp in Andheri in a town called Millat Nagar.

Because of this trauma her father got a heart attack suddenly one day.He survived the heart attack but was left on bed rest for the rest of his life. They have no source of income. They spent nights on streets being hungary without any shelter in Lokhandwala town.

Then her mother tried to earn bread for her family and she did different types of works to earn money. Whe they were suffering from these counditios a lady told tarannum to earn by dancing in a bar. Her family was against her dancing because they were muslim but then they let her do that because she was just a child of 12 years old at that time.

She started her dancing career from deepa bar and then she used to dance in different bas of mumbai. She used to charge 10 thousand per dance and people really liked her dancing it was also rumored about her that she look like indian actress madhuri dixit.

She went to dubai to perform dance when she was just 16 years old. She fell in love with abdul karim telgi at a very young age and got involved in stamp paper scam. After being released she apologized to public. She has always seen wearing burkha in public places especially during her police custody of Stamp Paper fraud.
