Star was one of the earliest truly online celebrities. Jeffree would use his MySpace page to blog about his personal life. He was an active commentator on body image and self-acceptance.
Jeffree had a turbulent childhood. After completing high school in 2002, he moved to Los Angeles looking for greater opportunities. But, living in the City of Angels was tough. He worked multiple jobs to support himself. These included work in fashion, modelling and music.
Jeffree used his MySpace for several other things. He virtually launched his fashion design career by putting up photoshoots that received wide engagement on the platform. He even used MySpace for posting independent music.
